  Late night munchies after a concert and sometimes we want McDonald's so we will hit this one up.  We didn't go through the drive through but go inside and use a coupon from the app.  They usually have $3 off a meal deal and others such as 50% off a McChicken.  The last time it was close to midnight and the place was busier than I thought.  There was no one at the cash and I looked in the kitchen but couldn't see anyone.  Then I spotted a person but they didn't come up.  Then a staff person came from the back and apologized as it was shift change and he didn't see me.  He was really friendly and I was cool with it as it wasn't a long wait.  
  
  I asked if I could use the coupon for $3 off and he said yes and he scanned my code on the app.  We ordered another Junior McChicken and small fries and our bill was less than $10.  Our food was ready pretty fast too so that was good and it was accurate.
  
  The next visit we went to ask for a lid for our pop as there was none in the beverage area and the staff wasn't friendly and rude.  Guess it's hit or miss with the service but at least the food orders are accurate.  Next time we see a show/concert and get the munchies after, we will head here.

  This place sucks. First they wouldn't honor my mcapp purchase, then they're not even busy and everything is dirty and filled with garbage. And then they over charged me for the mohca . If I owned this McDonald's, I'd be pissed.

  Manager needs to do some retraining here with cooking. I use to be a manager  for 10 years and my staff was always on point so this goes without saying that I'm disappointed in the loud staff and how they were singing blasting music and on cell phones.. if it's not busy maybe clean tables? Stay professional.   Anyways, I'm upset mainly because  my sausage and egg mc muffin was *HARD* when the staff remade it it was burnt. I always go to Oliver square and they never mess up my food.

  Garbage!!! I never eat McDonalds but I was craving a 3am meal, I was in a cab. I ordered a mcChicken meal and a cheese burger. I waiting 8 ish minutes and received a Jr chicken meal and a ham burger.... about 5 years ago I worked with the company for about 2 years. I'm pissed. What a joke. Did not provide a receipt in the bag so not sure what the employee punched in but I'm pissed and I got ripped off wow. Never going there again.

  Sitting in drive through for like half an hour. Worst place for late night food unbelievably slow and shitty service
